Dynamik was asked to create the food concepts for B83 as individually designed concepts united by a common overall Sustainable and Ocean experience. Being located in the northwest with great local seafood and integrating on trend hydroponics was a great way to differentiate this Dining Hall from others on campus. Each concept has a unique brand and palette of materials. Customers wanting different front of house experiences were provided a variety of seating types and areas. This environment provided the opportunity for meetings, events, and gathering with colleagues.
Dynamik’s data driven design services included: strategic planning and programming, brainstorming of new concepts, front of house and back of house design, as well as, all identity, menu layout, and signage. We additionally, oversaw construction and all permitting.
