Ridgewood Office Center

Scope: 8,000 square feet remodel of public lobby spaces and stairwell transition to the second level. This included working with the building architect in a seamless process to integrate interior design and architecture with the building architecture. The goal was to provide a new lobby entry space to attract a new tenant at market lease rates. We provided design and permit drawings for new finishes, colors, stair railings, focal wall treatments and artwork, new art glass at the stair well area, flooring transitions to provide wayfinding and contrast open and closed areas, new entry seating, new lighting to provide efficiency and contrast lighting levels, new plantscapes, and new restroom finishes. We also designed all the building identity signage, entry monument signage, and suite signage.
