Scope: The Coast Hotel was last updated in the 1980's and was looking for a major perception shift. As a business hotel in Bellevue, Washington, we created a new brand positioning for the experience focusing on the boutique business clientele. DYNAMIK created a new hotel lobby design and new sustainable finishes. We integrated new custom features and art objects, custom lighting, furniture, and planters throughout the lobby spaces, common areas, and selected meeting spaces.
