Scope: 25,000 square feet of public lobby space, tenant floors, a retail corridor and storefronts. This included a renaming and positioning of the building to better suit the Bank of America image, as well as other tenants in the office. We provided design and coordination of all aspects of the project including: new colors and textures, new custom and specialty finishes, furnishings, plantscape, lighting, environmental signage, elevator cabs and call lights, tenant lobby signage and design, new guard desk, and a consistent design to the retail corridor and unified tenant storefronts. We worked directly with all fabricators throughout the process to adhere to schedule and budget requirements.
