110 110^th - Lobby, Community Spaces, and Common Area Renovation

Scope: DYNAMIK was asked by the property manager and building owner to provide a scope outline of a new lobby re-design and upgrade based on the tenant mix and demand. We created a new lobby and common area design intended to attract the technology minded office tenant - looking for fun and unique elements. Concepts were created that would change the main and parking level lobbies, the large atrium common area space, as well as, elevator and tenant lobbies and corridors. We also designed new tenant and building monument signage to compliment the new design.
