Scope: 60,000 square foot free-standing building to be remodeled. The client requested that we focus on the front of the building to maximize visibility and signage opportunities through updating the architecture, color, texture, and materials. In addition, we are providing concepts for the rear portion of the center including color and materials, as well as hardscape screens and art elements to minimize cost and maximize leaseability.
