Julnes Mixed Use Project

Scope: This project is a mixture of light industrial, retail, and housing in a changing neighborhood where warehouse architecture combines with housing. The use of the site, grading, and planning provides maximum potential, as well as, creative uses of rain capture basins, impervious surfaces, and LEED materials.
