Scope: 8,000 square foot remodel. The previous restaurant's image was that of a standard hotel restaurant. The new design has created more buzz and as such demanded higher menu prices and more customer demand. This included new seating planning and layout, colors, finishes, lighting, custom furniture, art glass screens, and custom wine oriented mural. We coordinated all specialty contractors.
