Scope: 12,000 square foot office space. This included a new build-out, space planning, user interviews, and programming. We designed all interior architecture and design elements including: color and finishes, wall layout and details, all program elements including war rooms, conference rooms, division areas that required quiet and open call center areas, an image entry that utilized building materials. We coordinate with system's furniture dealers to provide options and analyze pricing and we prepare construction and permit drawings.
